The website directs readers to Butler County record custodians, including the Sheriff, criminal courts, Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law Public Website. Pennsylvania agency requests may be governed by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, while criminal history dissemination is addressed by 18 Pa.C.S. § 9121. It also links to independently operated search tools.
